I promise I was really happy with what Santa brought me!

I know it has been a few months since I have updated so here we go! We had a VERY busy December. We had the Spencer's wedding, Kayla's first Christmas program at school & of course all of the HOLIDAY festivities. All three of us were in Billy & Jess's wedding so that was a new experience. All went great even w/ the "emergency potty trip" as we started to walk down the aisle, but all-in-all she was a CHAMP (& LOVED LOVED HER princess dress)!!! We did lots of baking this year; which she is very into so that made for some fun days. K got to experience a white Christmas this year so that was exciting. Even though she was fighting a cold we let her play some in the snow.

The guys start the year off with a BANG! They are playing 7 out of the first 8 tournaments. That means lots of travels for K & I since we try to not go more then 2 weeks apart as a family. Our first stop will be Palm Springs, Ca & then we will figure out from there!!! Hope everyone had a MERRY CHRISTMAS & a blessed HAPPY NEW YEARS!

SOOOOO there has been a lot of exciting things going on around here these last couple weeks. Kayla did amazing during the 2 weeks J was gone, near the end of the second week she was starting to get sad but over-all SUCH A TROOPER. I got to go to Vegas for a few days & to see my WONDERFUL girlfriend Kate, hang out with J, & we also went to the Justin Timberlake concert. IT WAS SO MUCH fun; what a show he puts on! When I got back from Vegas my little sister Melissa had baby WYATT! What a cutie he is!!! He is having a bit of a hard go at it but he is GETTING stronger everyday!!! Next it was a shower for my sis-in-law, she got lots of fun things & we cant wait to have little baby Luke here after Thanksgiving!!! THEN our good friends Shelley & Donnie down the street had their baby at 4 this morning!!! KAYLA IS SO EXCITED to meet BABY NORA today!!! Over the next month there will be MANY more babies to come, so everyone should get their baby fever taken care of :)

Kayla has her first Halloween parade tomorrow at school. She is so excited to dress up in her costume. This will be the first year that we will be trick-o-treating at home. We didn't go to Jackson with J & Kayla is really into it this year & wants to go with her friends so it should be lots of fun! J comes home for a week on Sunday & then we are all off to Orlando!!! We haven't traveled in a few months, but it will be fun. I can't wait to watch golf, Kayla cant wait to go to Disney, & we all cant wait to SEE THE FOLTZ'!! It's the last tournament of the year so hopefully we can finish with a BANG! We all know how RP loves the last few tournaments!!!!

Ok so I am SOO BAD... I have not written in so long & a GOOD FRIEND WAS like "YOU HAVE not written or updated since June!" I just have been so lazy & facebook is so easy to add to, but here we go!!!! Here is whats been going on in the Edmondson household. We did a lot of traveling this summer... We went to DC over July 4th, then off to Canada (where it RAINED a lot!!!), & last but not least we went to the PGA in Minneapolis where we had TONS OF FUN! After that little sweet ANGEL baby M arrived so the BOYS got a big break in the season!!! The end of Aug thru (just today) we spent A LOT of family time together. We went to Sea World, then we were going to go to Arkansas to visit family but we ALL GOT SICK! That lasted what seemed like FOREVER!!! We went down to Houston to see the The Austin's & WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE the had in stow! WE had such a wonderful weekend... J & Trey REALLY ENJOYED the U of H/Tech game!!! :) This past weekend we got to watch our little niece Madison cheer in her homecoming game... SOOO STINKING cute!!! Kayla wanted so badly to be just like her.

Speaking of Kayla, she is getting so big & does the SILLIEST/most fun things. Everyday is an adventure & new experience. She has started back at school & LOVING EVERY moment of it. She also started dance this fall & boy she thinks she is SUCH a ballerina! She is gearing up for Halloween where she has picked out a mermaid ballerina costume. This thing is all she talks about, it's VERY CUTE! James left this morning for a 3 week stretch! I am a bit nervous since he has been home for 8 weeks on how this transition would be going for K, but so far so good! This will be our longest stretch away but I think he may come home for a few days before going to Jackson! Then in November we will be heading to Orlando for the Disney tournament. This should be LOTS of fun this year because she is SO INTO BEING a princess!!! We are very EXCITED! I will add a bunch of pictures so bare with me.... Let the potty training begin!!!

So it has been very busy this last month.... HENCE why I have not written in a while!!! We had 3 tournaments in Texas, two being in the DFW area & lots OF GUEST in & out of the house! It started in San Antonio where we got to stay with Lace & HAD A WONDERFUL VISIT... she is glowing with beauty & getting SO CLOSE to having her sweet baby girl! Then the next two stops were the Byron & Colonial. Both were great weeks; Colonial is always a better tournament in my opinion! Just laid back, lots of friends & family. Then the guys were off to Columbus for the Memorial & I finally decided to bite the bullet & potty train Miss Kayla. She did AMAZING!!! You know everyday is a new day & I have to admit it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. I guess it did help that she was VERY READY.... We are looking for a FUN summer of pool, NRH2o, & some travels!!! Enjoy the pictures from the last month & hope everyone has a blessed day!!! xoxo
